9 Pray then like this:
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
12 Be of good courage, and let us be courageous for our people, and for the cities of our God, and may the LORD do what seems good to him.”
42 saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.”
6 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
