Welcome to Writers Well; a dedicated space at The Worship Initiative for songwriters to be equipped and encouraged in their craft and calling! Psalm 96:1 implores us to “sing to the Lord a new song,” and our prayer is that Writers Well helps you write new songs for your church community that are rooted in scripture and bring glory to Christ.

What first began as a songwriters' retreat in Colorado, Writers Well gatherings will be more frequent, more local, and hopefully more accessible in 2024. Our hope for any in-person gathering is that it will allow a safe place to rest, be encouraged, collaborate with other writers, and learn from prominent leaders and songwriters in a small-group format.
